Last Week of School Activities:
Monday – Craft Day and “Stretch Out and Read” Day – Bring a craft to create in class. This could be an art project with beads, yarn, toothpicks, markers, etc. Please do not bring glass. Make sure the craft is something that you can do independently. Hobby Lobby or Michael’s usually has neat things to make.
*Please no model kits.
Bring a good book to read and a towel or blanket.
Tuesday – Dress-up Day / Annual Signing Day – The honors program will be at 9:30 am in the gym for second grade. Dress up nice to look your best. You may bring clothes to change into after the ceremony. If you purchased a yearbook, bring it to get all of your second grade friends to sign it or bring an autograph book.
